Types of electric cells

There are two types of electrical cells.

Primary cells

Primary cells are intended to be used once and then discarded. They cannot be reused as the chemical get used up when the cells are in use and cannot be recharged

Example : Cells used in clocks,torches,digital,watches,calculator etc.

Secondary calls (storange cells)

Secondary calls can be recharged and reused many times . They are also called storage cells

Example : Batteries used in automobiles,cell phone,emergency light etc.
